There are a total of six Divine Towers to find in Elden Ring. The Divine towers serve as a place to bring the Great Runes which you receive from specific bosses so that you can use the power they have. None of the Divine Towers are missable, but a lot of them you cannot access until you have progressed so far in the story. For example, the Isolated Divine Tower has a portal to it which only activates after Maliketh is defeated.
Godrick’s Great Rune goes to Limgrave, Rykard’s Great Rune goes to Divine Tower of West Altus, Radahn’s Great Rune goes to Divine Tower of Caelid, Morgott’s & Mogh’s Great Rune goes to Divine Tower of West Altus and Malenia’s Great Rune goes to the Isolated Divine Tower. The Divine Tower in Liurnia can only be accessed by doing a portion of Ranni’s questline and recieving the item from her that “flips” the study hall so you can go up to the top, this Divine Tower however does not need a Great Rune brought to it.
